Ron Prince is a former American football coach who has held various coaching positions at both the college and professional level. He is best known for his tenure as the head coach of the Kansas State Wildcats football team from 2006 to 2008.
Prior to becoming a head coach, Prince served as an assistant coach for several college football programs, including Alabama, South Carolina, and Rutgers. He also had stints as an assistant coach in the NFL with the Jacksonville Jaguars and Atlanta Falcons.
During his time as the head coach of Kansas State, Prince compiled a record of 17-20 and led the Wildcats to one bowl game appearance. He was fired in 2008 after a disappointing season, and has since worked as an assistant coach for various college programs.
Prince is known for his offensive coaching expertise and his ability to develop players at the college level. He is currently the offensive coordinator and associate head coach at Howard University.
